Hot Pepper Jelly
This is a seasonal collaboration with Back Pocket Provisions farmer friends in Richmond, VA.
This hot pepper jelly is made from a gorgeous variety of organically-grown Cayenne, Aji Dolce, and Carmen peppers. We add apple cider vinegar and sugar until it's sweet, but still tart; and we thicken with vegan pectin.
• Spoon over cream cheese on crackers.
• Top grilled meats or pizza.
• Dip your spring rolls.
• Just don't run out.
